SHIPPING POLICY
Once an order is placed, you will receive email notifications confirming payment acceptance, order placement, and shipping notification. We recommend you keep a copy of proof of delivery receipt that is signed/ confirmed.

Delivery charges will vary based on location a shopper orders from. The charges can be viewed at check out.

All our products ship from Abu Dhabi to the destination of your choice around the globe. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified. The delivery of your purchase depends on the specified timing and the country that the order is delivered to. All orders are tracked.

• UAE: Covers all 7 Emirates and can be self-scheduled when contacted by the delivery provider. Delivery time will depend on your scheduled preference. All UAE deliveries are delivered and received usually next day, but always within three business days (unless otherwise specified)
• GCC (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia): All orders will be delivered within 4 business days (unless otherwise specified)
• All international orders: All orders will be delivered within 10 business days (unless otherwise specified)
• All orders Dhs. 500 (AED) and above receive complimentary free shipping/ delivery.

Please note:

• Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00PM.
• Orders placed late on Friday or Saturday will not be processed until Sunday.
• Shipment and deliveries only occur on working days.

CUSTOMS
Customs may apply on the order depending on the shipping country and location. RORY'S APAWTEHCARY is not liable of any additional costs related to customs that may occur. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to completing your purchase.

Customer will be responsible for payment of any custom duties applicable on the Shipments (“Custom Duties”), and/or import VAT applicable on cost of goods, including insurance, freight, incidental charges related to transportation, and on Custom Duties (“Import VAT”).

All rates are exclusive of direct, indirect, local, sales, tax, goods and/or service tax, and value-added tax (VAT), and any other fee imposed by any government or other authority.
Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Tax and Custom Duties should be paid upon delivery.

BUY NOW PAY LATER
RORY'S APAWTHECARY has partnered with TABBY in order to offer you the most convenient shopping experience. This payment option is only available for local UAE customers with a valid UAE Emirates ID. With TABBY you have the freedom to pay later in interest-free installments. 

• What is TABBY? A new way to check out without using your credit card. All you need is a valid ID. You will know exactly what you'll need to pay and when you'll have to pay the installments. All at 0 interest! All credit and debit cards are accepted.
• What are the requirements to use TABBY option? You need to be at least 18 years old and have a valid Emirates ID. Simply select TABBY at checkout and you'll be guided through the process. 
• How do I pay in the end? Once you've selected the TABBY option at checkout, you will be redirected to a TABBY checkout page where TABBY will automatically create an account for you before you can "COMPLETE YOUR ORDER". Simply log on to your TABBY account before your payment is due and pay with any credit or debit card. 
  
  

CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on Delivery (COD) payment is only available for local UAE deliveries. However due to the current covid situation, we are de-activating COD preferences for the safety of you and the delivery providers.
