At RORY'S APAWTHECARY, all our products come with a promise of being nontoxic, cruelty-free, suitable for sensitive skin, vegan, sustainable, and made from recyclable packaging.

All active ingredients in our products are meticulously chosen to ensure they meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficacy, making them suitable FOR ALL DOGS.

Our mission is to enhance the comfort and wellbeing of our pets without any harmful side effects. Many conventional products contain harsh chemicals that may solve one problem but often create new ones, resulting in an endless cycle of treatments. We do things differently. At RORY'S APAWTHECARY, we embrace a natural and holistic approach. We are committed to maintaining high natural standards and being transparent in our practices.

What is the Environmental Working Group (EWG) and why does it matter?

The Environmental Working Group (EWG) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to research and advocacy in areas that include toxic chemicals, pollutants, and corporate accountability. EWG's mission is to empower people to live healthier lives in a healthier environment.

EWG analyzes and rates individual ingredients based on their toxicity. These ratings are combined to determine an overall product rating.

RORY'S APAWTHECARY is proud to include Environmental Working Group (EWG) scores for all our ingredients, with the majority rated "EWG 1: High safety," representing the highest safety and quality standards available. None of our products are labeled as high on the hazardous rating scale.

Sorry, we do not accept any items that are not paid for beforehand.

If you are purchasing a gift for someone and would like to request shipment at a later date, please email us at woof@rorysapawthecary.com and we will do our best to match your needs!

If items are out of stock, please note that we can not preorder any items and you should wait until the items are restocked to place an order!

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes we do! Please see our BECOME A WHOLESALER page if you are interested in carrying RORY'S APAWTHECARY products in your store. We will review it and get back to you within 48 hours with next steps!

Do you provide custom orders?

Yes we do! Depending on your need, if you are a company or hosting a party where you would like customized gifts, please visit our CORPORATE GIFTING page or contact us at woof@rorysapawthecary.com and we'll get back to you!

Did you accidentally order 1 item instead of 2?

Please contact us ASAP at woof@rorysapawthecary.com and if your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to accomodate your needs!

When will my order arrive?

Once an order is placed, you will receive email notifications confirming payment acceptance, order placement, and shipping notification. We recommend you keep a copy of proof of delivery receipt that is signed/ confirmed.

All our products ship from Abu Dhabi to the destination of your choice around the globe. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified. The delivery of your purchase depends on the specified timing and the country that the order is delivered to. All orders are tracked.

  • Domestic orders within UAE: Domestic orders covers all 7 Emirates and can be self-scheduled when contacted by the delivery provider. Delivery time will depend on your scheduled preference. All UAE deliveries are delivered and received within three business days.
  • All international orders: Within ten business days.
  • All orders Dhs. 500 (AED) and above receive complimentary free shipping/ delivery.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. The charges can be viewed at check out. 

All orders Dhs. 500 (AED) and above receive complimentary free shipping/ delivery.

Can I track my order?

Ofcourse you can!  Once an order is placed, you will receive email notifications confirming payment acceptance, order placement, and shipping notification. 

Please note:

  • Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00PM.
  • Orders placed late on Friday or Saturday will not be processed until Sunday.
  • Shipment and deliveries only occur on working days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and ApplePay. 

CASH ON DELIVERY: Since the Covid-19 pandemic, we have deactivated all COD preferences for the safety of you and the delivery providers.

CUSTOMS: Customer will be responsible for payment of any custom duties applicable. Customs may apply on the order depending on the shipping country and location. RORY'S APAWTEHCARY is not liable of any additional costs related to customs that may occur. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to completing your purchase.

BUY NOW PAY LATER: RORY'S APAWTHECARY has partnered with TABBY in order to offer you the most convenient shopping experience. This payment option is only available for local UAE customers with a valid UAE Emirates ID. With TABBY you have the freedom to pay later in interest-free installments.

Can I cancel my order or request a refund?

Due to the small-batch nature and natural qualities of our products, we generally do not accept any returns or exchanges. But if you are unahppy with your purchase, please contact us at woof@rorysapawthecary.com and we will do our best to make it right.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours and a full refund will be made to the payment method initially used by the customer. Please note that if the shipment has already shipped, you will have to return the products at your own cost for us to process the refund. Please allow up to 45 days for refunds to be reflected on your account. 

Customized products cannot be refunded once purchased.
