RETURNS / REFUNDS
Due to the small-batch and natural qualities of our products, we generally do not accept any returns or exchanges. But if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at woof@rorysapawthecary.com and we will do our best to make it right.
Contact us within 30 days of your order if you have any problems with your purchase, otherwise we will consider that you are satisfied with your purchase.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of payment. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
CANCELLATIONS
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately - we do not offer exchanges on any items. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at woof@rorysapawthecary.com if you have any issues or concerns.
BROKEN /MISSING ITEMS
Please contact us at woof@rorysapawthecary.com as soon as possible after receiving your delivery or when you notice a package is broken or missing after receiving our delivery confirmation email.
In the case that any item is not delivered in its original condition, is damaged, or has any missing parts due to reasons due to our error, a refund in the form of store credit shall be applied. In such cases, shipping cost is NOT refundable and the return shipping is NOT reimbursable. No exceptions.
For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement. We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 30-day time frame and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.
